Please, help FD sailors from Moscow

Best regards to Polish FD sailors,

I am going to participate in the Worlds in Constanta and going to buy a FD boat in Britain to participate in the regatta in Constanta. In order to minimise import taxation when returning to Moscow from Constanta, I am going to take an old FD from Russia, declare it on the Belarus-Polish border and then I need a place in Poland to scrap it. There will be a bad aluminium mast with the boat which needs to be thrown away also.
The boat is wooden, so can be easily burnt down.

Presumably I will be travelling through Poland on the 24th of July. I will be very thankful if someone could reply and help me with getting rid of the old FD hull. or at least advice how to get rid of the boat. Preferably close to the Belarus - Polish border.

I will be travelling through Minsk-Brest-Warsaw (?)-Berlin(?)-Dunkerque.

From my side I am happy to help with delivery of a FD mast from Britain to Constanta - like carbon Selden or Z spar which can be bought with trade discount if anyone wants to buy one from the factory. I could also help with buying and delivery of some Holt staff at British trade prices to Constanta. If anyone interested, I could give contact details for a carbon mast producer in USA. We bought good reliable carbon FD masts in USA two years ago at (as we thought) a very competitive price - 1140 USD for an unrigged mast with the sailtrack glued on.

Gentlemen,
a solution was found, a boat will be transported to Ukrain by another sailor and trashed there. Still if anyone needs help with transportation of a mast from Britain, I could try to help.
