Spam at the FD Bulletin forum

Dear forum members and FD sailors,

Due to the large amount of spammers I have decided to change the registration settings so that during my vacation (3 weeks) there can be no new members. Every registration has to be approved by me personally to ensure that no adult website link or drug sales message can be posted.
